Who is a Jew? It is a question that was not often debated in Orthodoxy's internal rabbinic politics. Those who have converted or are on the path to be coming a Jew by choice are often pawns in a rabbinic power play for authority. This session will explore some of the darker elements of our system, and, in doing so, suggest ways to better the status quo.
