As women’s opportunities have advanced by light years over the past few generations, men’s roles have not adapted as quickly to the new realities. In this session we will discuss our own experiences in trying to create an equal partnership in the home, out of the home, in our family, religious, and professional lives, and then guide a discussion among participants about these issues and various approaches to the challenges encountered.
